All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your camping gear ready for your next adventure:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing (for international orders). We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

We’re proud to serve adventurers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas). International customers should be aware:

  • Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
  • Some large items (10+ person tents, camp furniture) may have restricted shipping to certain countries

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our camping gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • In the original packaging (especially important for tents and fragile items)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used camping accessories (battery lanterns, camp furniture with signs of use)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup

How to Return an Item

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special instructions for large items (10+ person tents, camp furniture, etc.)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) including all original contents. For tents and fragile items, we recommend using the original packaging.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Special Considerations for Temperature-Rated Tents

For our temperature-specific tents (24°F and below, 25-39°F, etc.):

  • Must be returned in original protective storage bags
  • No signs of field use (dirt, moisture, or setup marks)
  • All poles, stakes, and accessories must be included

Damaged or Defective Items

If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
  • In most cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
